Problem
The client had accumulated over 100 embroidery threads stored loosely in assorted bins inside a single drawer. Because the spools were stacked and layered without visibility, she could not easily see her full inventory at a glance.
This created three consistent issues:
- She could not quickly locate specific colors when starting a project.
- She frequently purchased duplicate threads, unsure of what she already owned.
- Matching shades across projects became frustrating and time-consuming.
The existing system technically contained everything, but it lacked structure, visibility, and inventory clarity. The result was wasted time, redundant spending, and creative friction before a project even began.
